Thief visor ability causes stutter when enemy runner is in line of sight
5 second video showcasing the issue: https://youtu.be/ykth1G2ddWo
It seems like whenever I get into a new run, the 1st time an enemy runner is rendered on my screen (with visor active) causes a ~1s (though sometimes longer) stutter. Probably a shader problem due to the visor adding an "aura" to enemy runners.
This has caused me to die multiple times, though it has also alerted me of runners I would've otherwise not spotted if it weren't for this technical problem.
I'm on PC, on an RX6700XT, 5800X3D, 16GB DDR4 RAM. Graphics driver ver. 26.3.1 (tried the more stable 2025 driver too with DDU, but didn't help).
I've already tried going offline on Steam, disabling all overlays and recording software, turning vsync and freesync off both in-game and on AMD settings.
Any help is appreciated. I'm hoping I and anyone else having this issue can get it fixed soon.
And regardless if there is a fix, I hope the devs fix this for good sometime so people don't have to dig and fiddle in order to make their game function properly.

As mentioned in the post above, it seems the problem is related to playing the game on PC on an AMD graphics card.
