- Description of Issue - After defeating commander, if you touch tox gas at all, it lasts until you die, even after self revive
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 9:59am EST 03/22/26
- Repro steps - This has happened twice, very easy to repro

Same thing happened to me today. I used 2 mechanics kits and it still lingered. I both lost my quest progress and around 10 k in loot.
