All Vault items are gone.

My Vault was completely full besides maybe 5 slots. I opened my game and I have nothing, tried restarting my game and verifying files. Still no vault items. My faction progression and level are still the same I just have nothing

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

    Could you provide a few more details to add to your report?

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate time (and your time zone) when you last saw your vault nearly full, and when you noticed it empty
    • Did you see any overflow warning messages or mail messages
    • Screenshots of:
      • Vault page now
      • Any error messages in the lobby

    You can upload the screenshots to a public video hosting site, like Imgur, then post the links here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
