    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Could you try the following troublehshooting steps:

    1. Full restart your PS5,
    • Power your PS5 fully off (not Rest Mode), wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on. Launch Marathon again and try signing in.
    1. Check PSN & game service status
    • Check PlayStation Network Service Status for your region. Also check marathonthegame.com or Bungie Help social channels for any ongoing outage info.
    1. Network reset
    • Power-cycle your modem or router (unplug 30–60 seconds, plug back in). Once internet is back, test another online game to confirm it connects, then try Marathon again.
    1. Sign-out / sign-in on PS5
    • On PS5: Settings → Users and Accounts → Sign Out. Reboot the console, sign back into your PSN account, then start Marathon.
    • Try another network (if possible)

If the above steps didn't help, and you are receiving an Error Code, please take a screenshot and add it to this thread.

  • Just started happening to me.
It's blowing up in the Discord now

  • Honestly.  I understand there are some very basic things people should follow. but this reply is bad.
There was a known issue happening that day.  It was all over the Discord as well as in htere and this is what you reply with?
I've been a Bungie member for 12 years.  Please do better
