Missing items requesting refunds
I just got disconnected from the server. I didn’t press “refund item” — I accidentally clicked “return to lobby” without noticing. Now all my items are gone. Please help. At 2:00 AM (UTC+7, Thailand time) ID abluesky_f#2984

Hi there,
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

Thank you for your response. However, this was definitely not an internet connectivity issue on my side. My teammate was disconnected at the exact same time as well, which suggests it was a server-related problem.
After that happened, I accidentally pressed “Return to Lobby,” and that caused all my items to be lost.
Could you please check this case again? I believe this should fall under a server error scenario.
