No exfil would spawn in from scan while being security level three.
Me and my teammates fragged out killing a lot of the lobby and as we were looking for scanners to ping a exfil we couldn’t find a exfil terminal. We scanned four or five different scanners and didn’t see a single one. I lost all of my purple gear and was hoping for compensation.

Thank you for sharing your experience on Cryo Archive. It can be difficult to extract from this high-risk map.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
