The subroutine does not spawns at all
i was playin the cyro as normally, and we opened the cyro.2 keycard
and there was a subroutine at first time, but we failed to extract with it i mean, i died
after this, we opened the same room 2 times more but theres no subroutine spawns at all
we searched all inside of the room, but no exists
and we also opened cyro.4 keycard which means the legendary(gold) keycard and same.
there was no subroutine at all
i think we got bugged so the subroutine dosent spawns to us
my english is not good at all, but please awnser asap.

Thanks for reaching out. The subroutine is not guaranteed to always be there, so be sure to keep an eye out on runs where it does appear!
