Missing items requesting refunds

- Description of Issue - I was extrating in the new map, extraction went as expected and was loading back in the menu, game said that the run couldnt be completed and i lost all my loot (30k inventory), got refunded my last dotation instead, but after a whole game thats just atrocious to get back with the 5k i started with

While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
If this happens again, please use your platform's share feature to capture a clip highlighting the issue you're experiencing and upload it to YouTube, then send us the link here along with your Bungie name (including the # and 4 digits), platform, and approximate date/time it occurred. We'll be glad to take a look.
