Mouse keyboard bug
Hello, I am a user who wants to play Marathon but is unable to because of keyboard and mouse input lag. I have tried all the solutions already found on Reddit, but I haven't been able to resolve the issue. Does anyone happen to know a definitive solution? I am also wondering when the developers will fix this bug. I really want to play Marathon.

Thanks for reaching out! We're seeing a rise in reports of this and are currently investigating. In the meantime, please try lowering your mouse DPI as this has worked to reduce latency for some users.
I don't know anything about changing DPI, but I turned my mouse polling rate down to 2khz from 8k and that fixed it.
Those really high polling rates are only for high-end PCs or undemanding games.

Before I requested a refund, I saw on Reddit that the mouse polling rate was a concern, so I tried reducing it using every option, but the problem was not resolved. It wasn't just the mouse that was the issue; there is also a delay problem with keyboard input.
