Anomalous Event spawning under the ground.
Since I have started looking for this event, lets say 15 raids in a row, the event marker is under ground. I have never seen it not be in this exact spot every time.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with this event spawning under the ground. To help us investigate the issue further, would it be possible to provide us with a screenshot showing the map screen, pinpointing where this is? Can you also confirm that it's not possible that this marker is leading to somewhere underground, as there's a few passageways underground in Dire Marsh.
I have ran every tunnel I can find in greenhouse and surrounding. Loaded in to get these screen grabs and once again its in the same spot.
