TwentyFour45 commented, I have ran every tunnel I can find in greenhouse and surrounding. Loaded in to get these screen grabs and once again its in the same spot.

Since I have started looking for this event, lets say 15 raids in a row, the event marker is under ground. I have never seen it not be in this exact spot every time.
