Twitch drops

redeemed twitch drops but not able to access drops from pop up menu for a 5005 error code.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    If you have not already, please view our help page for Twitch Drops to verify that your account was linked correctly to your Bungie profile and that the drops are Claimed and not just Completed.

    i had to make an entirely new Bungie account and twitch account to get the items
