Lost gear after disconnect from server
My previous post was hidden or deleted for some reason despite me stating the fact they I lost gear due to your servers. This is not bs I’m making up. Don’t blame my internet when it was working and I couldn’t even connect back into the game until it was over because it was a server issue just like stated by yourselves:
“In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.”
It’s been days and no one has looked into this, I’ve given all the info possible that I can.

Description of Issue - Was in middle of run, my internet was perfectly fine didn’t have any issues and yet I was booted mid game with a prompt to “continue waiting “ and didn’t reconnect till game was over costing me all my gear.
Rough Date and Time - March 15, 2026 I want to say around 7-730pm central
Repro Steps - All I remember was one of the hovering enemies that latches on to you spotted one of my teammates and then I was just booted
