Lost my entire loadout due to an infinite searching screen in Cryo Archive.
Bungie Account Name - Luna#9821
Platform - Xbox Series X
Description of Issue - When trying to search for a game in Cryo Archive, the game was stuck on an infinite loading screen and I had to crash the game. Reconnecting did not fix the issue so I had to return to lobby and it resulted in my full loadout being lost.
Rough Date and Time of issue - 20.03.26, 21:40 CET
Repro steps - It just occured when loading

At this time, we have noted your report. If you haven't already tried, you may wish to Optimize Connections and perform Network Troubleshooting. These steps have been known to prevent the recurrence of incidents such as that which you experienced.
My connection was perfectly fine. Everything was working as intended. It just bugged. Is there a way to receive the items I lost back? It was a fairly hefty loadout
