No FPS Cap in Lobby
We don't need 300+ fps in lobby and GPUs running at 90%+ Wasting energy and blasting hot air.

Other games with this setting,
Arc Raiders, Fortnite, Call of Duty, Battlefield 6, CS2, Apex Legends, Overwatch, Escape from Tarkov, PUGB Battlegrounds, Marvel Rivals, Halo, Forza, EA Sports, Dead by Daylight... the list goes on.
The HUD refresh rate limiter is not the solution. While in a Raid we do not want the HUD, Map, Inventory, and Menu to be limited. Only the Lobby.
