Twitch Drop still missing AFTER March 17–18 re-grant

Description of Issue –
Twitch Drops from the Marathon Server Slam / launch window were initially not delivered. After the March 17–18 reprocessing, I received all previously missing rewards except for “Black Cat Breach.”
The item is marked as claimed in Twitch, but this specific reward is still missing from the in-game Customization menu and does not appear in the Partner Rewards page inventory.
This appears to be a partial entitlement issue affecting a single item after the fix was applied, rather than a full account sync problem.
