Season Pass Schemas

I've used SILK to purchase several season pass weapon schemas, and they're not showing available on any interface (including the Schemas list on the right side of the Armory screen, which does show weapons / items from schemas with which I've exfiled) thereafter. I have not used these schemas to purchase the related weapons, yet, as they don't appear for me, so this can't be related to the three-purchase limit on said schemas.

What am I missing? If this is a bug, I would appreciate this being elevated for a future fix. Thank you!

Date and Time of Issue: Perpetual - no instance in which these schemas were previously available
Repro Steps: Purchased item(s) from season pass via SILK, relevant schema(s) not available in Armory or other interface thereafter. No additional steps taken.

    Could you provide a few more details to add to your report?

    • Exactly which schemas did you buy with SILK
    • A screenshot of your Rewards Pass node(s) showing that they are claimed
    • A screenshot or short clip of the Armory → Schemas tab showing that those weapons are missing

    Please use your platform's capture button to take a video. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
