Game crashed mid-run
Hello!
Loaded into an Outpost run looking to do the first Parasitism contract, and about halfway through the timer, the game crashed. Unfortunately for me, I was right where some UESC Ghosts respawn for the aforementioned contract when I disconnected. After about 3 minutes, I was able to load back in, but it was too late and the Ghosts had melted through my health and shields.
It seems like a semi-common crash that you guys are probably working very hard to fix. Might also be a hardware issue on my end but I'm just not sure. Is there any way for me to get the gear I lost from the run? I lost about 6k credits worth of items. Not looking for anything I found in-run, but any help on getting what was, in my opinion, unfairly lost would be great! If not, totally understandable as I'm not sure how feasible it would be to revert everyone who reported a crash that caused them to die back to the state they were in before.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm really sorry to hear you were eliminated following a game crash. We're currently aware of and working hard on issues relating to frequent crashing.
That said, in the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, we will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them. Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
