I want some kind of refund because the game is unplayable solo
I am being unfairly punished because I have no friends that play Marathon and random matchmaking is completely garbage. I am level 14, I cannot complete contracts and I cannot play solo. This game is totally unplayable for me because I don't know people that play it??? How is this good game design? Why should a game be playable only if you have a social network that also plays. Totally thoughtless. So tired of these games that depend on socializing to be successful

Regarding refunds, as TuxyDoh mentioned, you will need to reach out to the appropriate platform where you purchased Marathon to that end.
Hello there All refund requests would need to go through the retailer that sold you the game and would be subject to their refund policies.
