The results of your previous run have not been finalized
I just extracted from Dire Marsh after using a Quarantine Key (Purple rarity) and upon extracting, none of my crew were able to keep their equipment. We were shown a screen that was similar to a disconnect message, with a screen of "Continue waiting?" And warning us that if we don't wait, and go to lobby, we will forfeit all equipment; both what we entered the run with and what we collected. Selecting "Continue Waiting" did not resolve the issue. We waited for ~10 minutes and still had the same result (Select "Continue Waiting", wait between 2 and 10 seconds, see the confirmation message again.)
I have footage of the run in question starting from when I used the key to open the door all the way to the end of the run and the Continue Waiting loop. This occurred at roughly 6PM CDT.

Whatever issue or fix you've attempted has not worked. Fix it and try harder.
