Prestigious codex entry bug

  • Bungie Account Name - CruisaG#9616
  • Platform - Steam
  • Description of Issue - Codex>Career>Feats of mastery>Prestigious. I succesfully extracted with a gold item but i haven't got the codex entry unlocked plus the emblem profile that unlocks with it 
  • Rough Date and Time of issue - I looted the gold key during this week and it happened during the evening.
  • Repro steps - N/A - I looted the key but i don't remember where and on which event/mob
