Lost all gear due to network bug at exfil. This is an unacceptable, game breaking bug and people will uninstall.

Everyone who this happened to should get their gear back. Otherwise expect lots of uninstalls.

    We have received reports of an uptick in of network issues. At this time, we're looking into the underlying cause of this increase. While this issue is investigated, you may wish to perform Network Troubleshooting, as it often helps to prevent incidents such as this from recurring.

  • The problem has nothing to do with client side network issues, which is what your network troubleshooting page talks about. The fact that more people are reporting this issue tells you it's a server/game side problem. Fix it and give everyone's gear back. Posting that network troubleshooting link is pointless.

  • Bungie you NEED to let people keep their gear and quest progress. You KNOW they have exfilled successfully. So they should keep their stuff.

    This JUST happened to me and I am PISSED. Come on Bungie
