Crashing/ taking me strait to desktop
since the recent new update every time I load into a run and start playing my game freezes and then kicks me out to my desktop I've tried doing somethings to try to fix it but I can't find anything. it was playing fine before update I'm level 11, now I can't even get 5 mins into a run and I crash. Please fix this i have been wanting to play this game so bad with friends but I can't, i have a 4080 super and a i 9 ultra 285k cpu and 32gbs of ram i run everything in 2560 by 1444 perfectly fine

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the game stability when trying to play the game.
To start out, if you are on PC, we'd recommend trying to verify the game file integrity through steam to see if it helps. If the issue persists, please ensure that all of your drivers, windows, and your BIOS are all fully up-to-date. Lastly, if those two steps don't help, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. You'll find more information about this in the following guide.
If you still run into the same issue despite all of this, can you provide us with a copy of your DxDiag? You can copy and paste it over one PasteBin and provide us with the link.
Bungie, some of us have done this already and still no fix
I did everything too, ive uninstalled the game twice and tried playing in windowed, lowering graphics, verifying files and made sure driver and windows are up to date
Hey Bungie, I'm also having the same issue. Intel Core i7 Ultra, GeForce RTX 5070 12g, all drivers are up to date, loading into the game fine, but as soon as I enter a map, it crashes to the desktop within 30 seconds.
Same problem for me, been happening almost every game

Same here, getting a crash randomly as soon as I spawn in, or right after reconnecting, or even crashing just randomly throughout the game, longest I got was about 3 minutes, sadly I can't play the game until this is fixed.
