Cosmetics disappeared after the change

Dear Devs, I changed some stickers and backgrounds I received, and now they've disappeared and I can't find them. Please help. Greetings.

    Hey there,

    Thank you for the report.

    If your owned emblems are not showing up, you can try resorting the Customize > Profile menu by All or Owned to make sure that all of your emblems are showing up in game. This should correct a visual issue that can hide owned emblems.

    If this does not fix the issue, c    ould you provide a few more details to add to your report?

    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • The names of the cosmetics that are not showing up in game
    • A video showing the missing cosmetics

    Please use your platform's capture button to take a video. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
