The servers are atrocious, just lost all of my gear after killing two runners, best game I’ve had since buying marathon and then I’m stuck rubber banding for 13 minutes. Genuinely unplayable when it was in that state, tried to extract and it took me 10 mins to even get there to which i was killed instantly by the bots as it was a bot exfil and there was no way for me to even move let alone shoot. Super frustrating and disappointing with a game where each run matters only to die by shit servers. Not to mention there seems to be no direct way to contact support, if there is I haven’t found it. Why must I create a forum for shit like this, you guys release a new game but don’t even have a bare bones system in place for customer support, what a joke. If they’re trying to stand apart from Arc Raiders they’re doing a great job by making the game unplayable and making the divide between developer and consumer feel even greater than it had been, such a disconnect for a triple A studio should be expected I guess. I just want my shit back and to be able to play a stable match.

    We're sorry to hear about this issue. 

    In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them. 

    Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
