RUN/HIDE 3/6 Softlock
I was doing a run on Outpost, attempting to complete MIDA's RUN/HIDE 3/6 contract. I got to the step of defeating the commander and acquiring his credentials. Since the UESC troopers were all running in a group, I fired Vandal's Disrupt Cannon to take out as many Recruits as I could. Unfortunately, this launched the commander off the nearest cliff, killing him, but making his items completely unobtainable. If there's a way to do it, items necessary for contracts shouldn't be able to spawn in inaccessible areas.
EDIT: As a small addendum to this post, I attempted this contract a second time, this time trying the pier by Processing (I attempted the one by flight control on the previous attempt.) The same issue happened again, this time, however, the commander saw fit to hurl HIMSELF off the edge of the map when I wasn't even engaging him in combat. Please, if possible, fix this mistake on this map, I'm certain I'm not the only one who has experienced this.
