Grenades auto cycle the moment you press G to throw them
For example, if I have a Bubble shield equipped and i have had it equipped for the entire run, sometimes, the moment i press G to throw it, the game will instantly swap to a different type of grenade I have on me. Multiple times now i have thrown a frag at my feet because I have had a bubble shield equipped and then it swaps the moment i throw it. Lost some incredibly valuable loot to this bug. Extremely frustrating
