Continue Waiting Screen After Successful Exfil

I was playing solo on Perimeter, and after a successful exfil, the game spectated another player with a name, as if we were in a crew. It also showed "Leave crew" bottom left. After waiting a bit, it showed the "continue waiting?" screen. I hit escape to continue waiting for several minutes, but it never worked.

After returning to lobby I lost all of my loadout and contract/faction progress.

    ive had this happen 4 times now and bungie just tells me its my connection happened to my entire squad lost 12 purple kits from it now but they just say its a player issue and you get nothing back

    Happened Again today with us as well WE ARE FULL GEARED FULL BAGS. WE EXTRACT AND WE GET CODE ERROR ANTEATER
    IM TIRED AF TO LOSE ALL MY PURPLE KITS AND LOOT IN MY GAMES
