Lost all my loot after successful extraction

DragoNaut#5318 Steam The situation occurred on the Outpost map at approximately 15:45 CET. We rushed to the exfil in the last seconds and were already standing inside the circle calmly with a lot of loot. We were even discussing that it had been our best run since we eliminated two teams and cleared the Pinville base. Suddenly, instead of extracting, we got a message saying that we were eliminated! I demand our loot back, you can check the replay through the internal system!

    In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them. 

    Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
