Wrongful Ban - Please Review
Hello,
I recently found out that my account has been banned, but I honestly don’t understand why. I did not knowingly use any prohibited software or engage in any behavior that would violate the rules.
This ban came as a complete surprise to me. If there has been any mistake or false detection, I would really appreciate it if you could review my case again.

If your account has incurred a ban, then the way to contact our Security team about it is through the Appeal Ban or Restriction Contact Form.
If you have already submitted a ticket, you have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. Ban appeals are not conducted on the forums.
