Lost Connection to Servers and Didn't Get Loot Refunded

The servers disconnected me in the middle of a match and I lost everything, had all my best stuff and loot from fresh kills. I swear it restored all of my stuff the last time the servers booted me. This time it says my whole team died (we were all alive before dc) and didn't refund anything. Please give me back my stuff!

    Hello there,

    In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them. 

    Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

  • Hi, I've seen this comment written on multiple posts similar to mine. Are you actively trying to restore my gear, or is that not even possible at this point? I would really like to have my gear restored as in the image above.
