Exfilled and lost gear

me and my 2 team mates exfilled, and after the loading screen we all got a connection error, so the server must have crashed, when I returned to lobby, all my gear was gone, my best gear as well, and my two team mates, we just won a crazy fire fight, for that to happen, can you return our loadouts to us please, happened 17th of march at 22:12 uk time.

    We understand that you encountered a connection error following an exfil. We're sorry to hear of this incident, as we can imagine the impact that it may have had. If you haven't already, you may wish to perform Network Troubleshooting. It's often effective for preventing such issues from recurring.

    Concerning your loadouts, while we wish we could assist with this request, please be advised:

    Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems. 

  • it wasnt client side, the server crashed, if all of us at different ips got disconnected, so it is your server side that caused issue, so we should get our stuff back please, if an extraction shooter has a bug where we lose our gear, that is a huge deal.
