Missing one twich drop

Hello! I faced a problem that I can't find one rewrad from Twich Drops. Seems like it was not credited to my account. Can you take a look please?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    First, please check all of your in-game mail to claim any rewards that you may have missed.

    Also, can you try resorting the menu by All or Owned to make sure that all of your emblems are showing up in game? This should correct a visual issue that can hide owned emblems.
