Missing Twitch Drops

Hello there, these 4 twitch drops have still not been added to my account, I appreciate all help you can provide

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    First, please check all of your in-game mail to claim any rewards that you may have missed.

    Also, can you try resorting the Customize > Profile menu by All or Owned to make sure that all of your emblems are showing up in game? This should correct a visual issue that can hide owned emblems.
