VOICE CHAT NOT WORKING

Description of Issue - My voice chat was working at launch, but a week later, it suddenly stopped working. I can't talk or hear anyone; the same with prox chat. My audio and social settings are correct. My icon lights up when I talk, but no one hears me. I followed the audio troubleshooting steps, but it still didn't work. It's getting very frustrating to lose my runs because I can't communicate effectively with my team.
Rough Date and Time of issue - from March 11 and onwards
Repro steps - i think it stopped working after an update from the game
