Did not receive my Mida reward or XP after main contract
Hello, I encountered an issue in Marathon after completing a main contract: I did not receive my Mida reward or the associated XP. The contract is marked as completed, but none of the expected rewards were credited to my account. I was so disappointed by this issue that I haven’t played for two weeks. Could you please review my progression and resolve this problem so I can receive the rewards I’m supposed to get? Thank you for your assistance.

Just to be sure, did you claim your contract rewards by going back to the appropriate faction page? If you're certain you did, please try to capture a video or some screenshots that demonstrate what you're experiencing. You can upload the visuals to a public hosting site, like YouTube or IMGUR, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
Hello, I’d like to clarify my previous. I did not skip or miss anything. I completed the mission with a friend, and while he successfully received credit for the contract, mine did not register. The contract simply disappeared from my objectives without granting any loot, Mida reward, or XP. Could you please review my account and investigate what happened so this can be resolved? Thank you.

Unfortunately, this is not a service we're able to provide. That said, if you see this issue or something similar happen again, please use your platform's feature to capture recent gameplay as a video and then post the link here so we can take a look.
