Contract Reroll Bug
I am unable to reroll my contracts even though I should have received 10 new rerolls for the week. The timer reset but I have no rerolls still.

Same here. The timer expired last night but the timer is back up to 164 hours. I am basically softlocked out of Traxus rep bc I have the eccentric salvage contract.
Had this happen to me as well, I was only paying attention to Cyberacme so I'm not sure if it's bugged for my other factions as well.
This has happened since the game launch for me I never got rerolls at either Tuesday update for any faction contracts.
I am also affected by this bug and because im stuck under level 20 on traxus and got a really annoying contract I haven't been able to proceed past level 18 on traxus for the last 2 weeks. The first time around when I rerolled another factions quest to 0 it reset the counter entirely on everything including those that I had only 2 days til a reset. This time I waited the 160 or so hours without rerolling anything else and the counter STILL reset to 160 hours but I have not gained any re rolls back. This is the most frustrating bug I have with this game currently and it really needs to be fixed
bungie support DOES NOT CARE. pls harass bungie and marathon twitter accounts aswell as DMGs (community manager of d2) since bungie didnt even speak out about the bug and countless people are affected.
and its the worst bug since it completely blocks progression. the most important progression in the game.
bungie is so embarrassing.
JUST RESET IT AGAIN AND GIVE EVERYONE +10 REROLLS WITH A QUICK HOTFIX: IT CANT BE THAT HARD BUNGIE. U ARE RUINING UR NEW GAME ALREADY FOR HALF OF THE PLAYERS.
