Gold item auto sold, but no money given
Seems like when I exiled, items were lost as well as a gold item auto sold but no value was given. Huge bummer when I finally get a gold items and it delivers nothing.

If this happens again, please try to capture a video that shows the issue occurring. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
How would I do that after the fact? Don't you have any mechanisms to confirm what I said is true and credit me back?
Can you look at my earlier games? This happened right after the update.
