Self revive killing me upon use

Issue Description:

Please fix this ASAP. This has happended to me serval times to the point I dont even try to self rez anymore because I will for sure die reguardless.. I've lost good loot because of this bug. Please help..

We understand that self revive appears to be killing you when you use it. While we're happy to investigate this, we're unable to access the linked video due to it requiring a password. The password is xbox please look at the clip and start your investigations multiplayer players are affected by this bug
You aren't using the self revive. You are giving up. You need to hold Y to self revive. Not X to give up. I had this "issue" as well and thought I was getting killed upon self revive but I was hitting and holding "give up" via muscle memory.
Happens to me too Bitten bagel, I am PC and I am not hitting give up
