Extracted successfully (loot lost)

Hi,

2 days ago, I extracted with decent loot. After the following event it came to my conclusion that my backpack was empty and all my items were lost. I did research before contacting you and can't seem to find what happened. I would really like for you to check my past matches and hopefully give me back the loot lost. Unfortunately, I wasn't streaming at the time so no footage was taken and nor am I able to recreate the bug..

    Hi there,

    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

    If this happens again, please use your platform's share feature to capture a clip highlighting the issue you're experiencing and upload it to YouTube, then send us the link here along with your Bungie name (including the # and 4 digits), platform, and approximate date/time it occurred. We'll be glad to take a look.
