Mic Proximity chat not working for me
I use a Corsair Void V2 wireless headset playing marathon, and i am having issues with people hearing me when i use my mic in proxy chat when i run solos. The icon in the bottom left is lighting up and my teammates can hear me when i party up with people, but the enemy players cant hear me at all, its annoying when im trying to communicate with other friendly players on outpost runs in solos.

If you're still having trouble, try using a different audio device to rule out potential issues with the device itself. If you've isolated the problem to one headset, please consider reaching out to the manufacturer for specialized troubleshooting.
I have also tried setting my headset mic as my default communication device, and i have tried all the steps outline by reddit posts n stuff, i just dont know how to fix it
I have this issues as well, though I am using a dedicated mic. It seems changing social settings requires a restart.
Here's my issues and "solve" for now
I have to route my input to my mic interface to be able to talk in game and I have to route my output to my mic interface (which is not connected to my headphones). this will allow me to talk in Discord, but will not allow me to hear in game chat, though I can still talk and can see my mic icon light up in game, just no incoming comms from prox or team. If I change my output settings to my headphones (as it should be) I cannot talk in Discord, but I can hear prox and team chat. So as of right now it seems you can pick one or the other but not have both. Try different combinations of audio settings in Settings > Social > Input/Output. Reset your game each time to attempt a new test. For me to get different results, I had to change a setting, close Marathon, restart Discord, then launch Marathon again.
It's a pain in the ass and isn't a real solution but it narrows down areas of issue and if you play with Discord, it may help you comm with your pals better. As for strictly in game chat issues this may not help. Sorry.
