Problem with my kids account
I manage my kids account and for some reason he’s not allowed to play this game. On PlayStation I allow him to play team games, which is at least 14 years of age, which is what this game is rated. how do I fix this problem so he can play this game

Could you elaborate on what exactly is preventing your child from playing Marathon? For example, is there an error message popping up, or any other message with a description of the issue?

Well through PlayStation, he doesn’t have any restrictions on video games that he can play. I’ve went in there a couple different times just to double triple check that it so it shouldn’t be on that end. but every time we try to boot up the game on his profile it says age restriction only adult adults can look at this game

The issue sounds like it's related to some parental control settings on your PSN, so we recommend looking through those to see if there's something causing this. That said, could you provide your child's Bungie account name (e.g. TheTrueNum2#1491 for your account) so we can double check if there's anything going on with their account on our end?
