This ruined my wife and I's run
Don't know if it was because the interactable was next to the window shutters, but we were unable to complete this quest and it was the reason we got off that day. Very frustrating.

That said, if this happens again, please try to capture a video that shows the issue occurring. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
This occurred on two of my runs to complete this contract today. I even ran outside the building to the other side of the wall to see if i could trigger the prompt, but no luck there. I was recording each infill to upload as suggested here but after a handful more of runs it did not spawn at that specific location and finally exfilled and completed my contract.
I don't believe a video will do any justice that the above posted picture does not already show of the issue. Only that specific spawn location for the sample prompt does not appear in order to retrieve the sample. The middle and left side of the sample wall spawns work just fine.
