Bug report, round never starting and loot loss
Hi, me and my mate were starting a round on Outpost, it found a game but after waiting for 5+ minutes the round never started and we couldnt cancel the matchmaking so the only way to quit was to close the game which resulted in our loss of the loot without even playing the round, Id like to report the bug and was wondering if we could gain back the items we used for this round, our Bungie ids are: MaxMaxi17#8653 and kevinvilleneuve14#0151

Thanks for reaching out. I'm really sorry to hear you were stuck on a loading run that wouldn't start.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
