UI Bug: Inventory items & tooltips not loading (Empty green boxes) - PS5

Hello, I am experiencing a persistent UI bug on PS5 where all my inventory items, weapon stats, and tooltips are not loading. They appear as empty green boxes without icons or text. Note: Shop prices and menus seem to load fine, so it appears to be an issue specifically with my personal item/inventory data. I have already tried: Full re-installation of the game. Restoring PlayStation licenses. Clearing PS5 system cache. Full power cycle. The issue persists across all my characters.
