Marathon makes my audioquality worse
Every time i load into marathon all of my audio just looses quality
I have to say, that i recently swicht from voicemeeter banana to wave 3.0 but it works on every other game

If you're still having trouble, try using a different audio device to rule out potential issues with the device itself. If you've isolated the problem to one headset, please consider reaching out to the manufacturer for specialized troubleshooting.
I actually found a fix for the audio sounding like it's underwater for Win 11 users. First refer to the troubleshooting guide from Bungie support and if that doesn't work. Win+R and type "mmsys.cpl". Hit enter or click ok. In the playback tab right click your device you are using. Click properties. Click on the advanced tab. Uncheck both of the Exclusive Mode options and apply. If your game is still open you will even hear the audio improve simultaneously.
I am using a different Input/Output device, if you are not using a proper headset the audio will most likely diminish regardless if it's only one Input/Output device.
