Game Crash then reconnect on top of other players who crashed

Just spawned in. Game crashed, then reconnected all my other teammates crashed as well. Then when we respawned and reconnected, we spawned on top of other players. I'm assuming they crashed too. Anyone else experience this? Very frustrating.
