Twitch drop Bigus boi never showed up

Hello! I claimed the Twitch drops during the Release of the game (pic1), I got all of them but for some reason the Bingus Emblem never arrived on my account. I saw another publication talking about redeeeming it from the Bungie Partner Reward but it doesn't show up here (pic2) and I don't know why :( 
I really wanted the little Bingus as a Profile Pic 🥹
If you have any solution or if I can do something more to redeem it somewhere let me know <3
