Triage Mastery Challenge Bug
On 3/13/26 (might have been 3/14/26 I was playing into the morning hours)
I completed the following Triage Mastery Challenges:
1. Hypocritical Oath
2. Collateral [Friendly]
Yet, in my Codex it's not showing as completed.
Please help.

If this happens again when re-attempting these challenges, please use your platform's share feature to capture a clip highlighting the issue you're experiencing and upload it to YouTube, then send us the link here along with your Bungie name (including the # and 4 digits), platform, and approximate date/time it occurred. I just had the same issue in two consecutive runs. Its too much to ask to upload a youtube video. Test it out, enter raid, get Triage ult, have someone go down and hit a uesc and and the teammate at the same time. Did this three times after having it not give me the achievement in a pvp fight, where both my downed teammate and the enemy runner where clearly hit and highlighted by the hud in the ability as hit.
I've done this challenge several times even killing the enemy and no progress
Tried this multiple times.
Both players downed and rezzed did not work,
Both player dead(bag) and rezzed did not work
One player down and enemy player hit, didn’t work.
Done these multiple times. Hope they fix it soon.
I was able to complete them.
I didn't do anything special (just what was listed in the requirements), but it worked this time.
I also completed the mastery challenge yesterday for Recon and was not awarded my skin or achievement this is the clip and my Bungie ID is - Almighty_bans#1499
I have been playing Bungie games for years so please do right by me.

Bungie support, I have had the same issue. I am 100% certain I just did the exact challenge. Enemy was standing on teammate body, I walk in with charged ult and see enemy player get the effect from being hit by Reboot+ and ally is also rezzed. Can you please, please retroactively give me the mastery? Bungie Name: Dirty Space Wizard#9377
This is still not working for me. I've clipped doing this challenge several times and the codex entry does not get fulfilled. Both PvE or PvP. I can post my clips to youtube but there seem to be a number of confirmations now.
