Missing Loadout/gear
After a successful run, my gear is gone. No explanation or anything. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Hi there,
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
If this happens again, please use your platform's share feature to capture a clip highlighting the issue you're experiencing and upload it to YouTube, then send us the link here along with your Bungie name (including the # and 4 digits), platform, and approximate date/time it occurred. We'll be glad to take a look.
After the recent update my loadout has disappeared, it didn't get moved to my vault. Had a materialist+ node which I didn't want to lose
I was just running back to extract and my game crashed went to reconnect but I was dead💀
